We are back!  We thank you all for reading our messages and for pondering our meaning in them.  You all are doing so wonderfully at desiring to raise your frequencies and energies, and vibrations.  Yes, each type is a different meaning and purpose.  We will go into that a little later.

First, we promised to give you new ways to keep yourself in a higher frequency on a more consistent manner.  We hear your thoughts (when you allow it) and we know that most of you beautiful souls desire to stay at a higher level of energy throughout more of your day.  We will try to assist in this desire.

To become more consistently “high” (in an energetic way) you will need to do more seeking…more listening…more allowing…to find that beautiful space.

First, to seek…that is to seek within yourself to determine what might be hindering your ability to open up to these new frequencies.  We will use Losha as an example (she has agreed to this)...she actually drags her feet a lot when it comes to seeking within herself to determine what issues  might be slowing down her continued development in the spiritual realm.  Yes, even though she has been channeling messages for 20 years now, she still has a lot of room to grow and to continue to let go of old personal thoughts and feelings which have held her back.

Now, because she went through this recent medical event, she learned many lessons which she is now adding to her spiritual develpment…such as not feeling that she is “worthy” of being such a powerful being…her desire to “control” almost everything in her life (due to challenging issues during childhood)...and now she sees how limiting it has been in her life…limting her own development, but also limiting the depth of her relationships, with every soul, in her life.  Yes, these insights that you “see” when an important event happens in your life, affects EVERYTHING.  We do not mean to shout with the capital letters here, however, we are trying to get the point across, as to how much impact these old insights and issues can have on your life…in your life, right now.

Even though this may sound a bit heavy, we only say it to help you to see it for yourself…and truthfully, only you, can do anything, for yourself.

Yes, this sounds very ominous, however, we have good news…in the current energetic realm, you do not have to experience all those heavy emotions that are connected to these issues…that kind of “work on yourself” is no longer needed.  The energies are much lighter in the Universe now, so now…you might be just going through your day, not expecting anything, but then, in a interaction with a friend at your local store one day, you might hear one particular word from what your friend is saying to you…such as “protection”, or “worthy”, and you might have a flash, all of sudden, in your own mind.

We say to you…please begin taking note of these flashes of such small insights, that you might feel they are nothing.  But we say to you…they are everything.  Yes, there is that word again, “everything”...but it is being used in a much different way…both meanings are important.

These “flashes” are a very important, and pivotal, moment in your lives.  We counsel you to give them your attention…and when you do, you will find that you are able to link that flash with some feeling or emotion that comes back to you.  When it does, you don’t need to spend an hour or more, trying to break it all down, as you have been taught to do in the past.  Now, all you need to do is to notice it, pay attention to it, and note what thoughts come up inside of you.  Then…YOU LET IT GO.

Yes, you can then just Let It Go….isn’t that wonderful?  Just as Losha went through her own flashes of insights, she has gently allowed those feelings to just flow through her, and to keep moving forward, in her life.

We guarantee that you WILL feel different…and better.  It may still take a little more time to completely dissolve your earlier emotional experience, however, it IS dissolving, we promise you.  We are so very proud of all of you…even that you have all gotten to this exact point in your lives, is a wonderful achievement!  

We know that almost each one of you beautiful souls, would rather be “done” with all of these challenging situations once and for all, however, that is not what you have signed up for, in this lifetime.  We know that is hard to hear, however, we can see how much more powerful and joyful, and fulfilled, you feel when you take these empowering steps…one small step at a time.

We are not asking you to spend all of your time trying to “fix” yourself, because…and we say this with such love…you are PERFECT…each one of you, just as you are, in this very moment.

There are still many more moments of Joy, Love and Freedom, just waiting for you to invite into your lives…and that is where we are endeavoring to lead you…to find yourself in more and more Joyful moments in your life!

We believe in you…always.  If anything we have said here doesn' t quite resonate with you, we encourage you to listen to your own intuition about it…change it if that feels better for you….these are just gentle guidelines for finding your most powerful and Loving self…and we can’t wait to see each one of you becoming the most wonderful soul you can be!
